Surcharge
A surcharge of $13.64 plus GST ($15 including GST) for all orders under $300 before GST will be applied.
Delivery
We delivery Free into Store (F.I.S.) Australia wide. We do not charge additional delivery costs.
Prices
Although this website does not include pricing, all prices quoted by our staff exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices published in a price list are current only up to the date of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment
30 day terms are offered to account customer. A statement will be issued to those customers that have an outstanding balance at the end of each month.
For non account customers (cash sale customers) payment is required prior to the despatch of the order from our warehouse.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Deposit or Cheque. Cash payments are accepted only when the order is being collected by the customer from our warehouse.
An application for credit form is available on request.
Returns & Credits
The return of incorrect or faulty product will be accepted and a credit issued. The cost of the return of these goods will be at the expense of Tony Colyer Pty Ltd.
The return of product where the customer has ordered incorrectly or has changed their mind, may be accepted at the discretion of Tony Colyer Pty Ltd. The cost of the return of the product(s) will be at the expense of the customer.
Credits for product returned after the 25th of the month may not be processed until the following month.
